Arlene Kline will be a co-presenter for the course titled "Americans with Disabilities Act Title III Update: Legal and Regulatory Issues Builders Need to Know." Sponsored by The Seminar Group, this course will provide an overview of the amendment to the Americans with Disabilities Act's accessibility standards and the industry's requirements with regard to compliance with Title III of the Act. An overview of new architectural standards and requirements, industry tips on avoiding post-construction ADA claims, and special considerations for the construction industry will be discussed.
